We collect what you give us so we can answer you and book you. We don't sell it.

What we collect

• What you type into the chat or send us by email: your name, email, phone, your business details and your messages.
• Details of bookings you make with us.

The chat is an AI

Yuki, the chat on this site, is an AI assistant. Your messages are processed by an AI model provider (Anthropic) to write his replies. Please don't put card numbers, passwords or health details in the chat. He won't ask for them.

The chat clears itself from your device after 15 minutes without use.

Payments

We take payments only by Zelle, ACH bank transfer or check, never by card. We keep the details that come with your payment (your name, bank and amount) only to match it to your invoice and for our tax records.

How we use it

• To reply to you, send quotes, and book, confirm and remind you of appointments.
• We only send text messages if you say yes to them, and you can reply STOP at any time.
• If we email you a follow-up, reply "stop" and we won't email again.

Who helps us run things

We share only what's needed with the services that make this work: Cloudflare (website), our bank (payments), our email provider, our AI model provider and, when you're a client, Google. They can only use it to provide their service to us.

If you're a customer of one of our clients

We build websites, AI assistants and follow-ups for other businesses. When you chat with one of their assistants or get one of their follow-ups, that business decides how your information is used, and we handle it only on their behalf. Every follow-up has an easy way to stop it, and texts stop when you reply STOP. To see or delete your information, contact that business, or email us and we'll pass it on.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to work with you, or as the law requires. When a client's work with us ends, we delete their data within 60 days.

Kids

This site and our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
